No-Show & Cancellation Policy
24 Hour Notice Required
At the Weinberg Family Cerebral Palsy Center, our goal is to provide quality care in a timely manner. We realize there are times when patients have challenges in meeting their appointments. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our policy regarding late arrivals and missed appointments. The policy is not meant to be punitive; however, no-shows and late cancellations affect our ability to manage available appointments and to provide the best medical care possible to all patients.
- Please be courteous and call or email us if you are unable to show up for an appointment so we may offer that slot to another patient.
- Current patients must contact the office 24 hours in advance to cancel an appointment. If your appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will be considered a “no show.”
No Show Policy
If you no show for four appointments, you will only be able to schedule same-day appointments. If there are repeated cancellations or no-shows for same-day appointments, you may be unable to schedule subsequent appointments.
Late Appointments
Patients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule their appointments. If you are running more than a few minutes late, please contact our office at 212-305-2700 to alert us, and to determine if the visit may need to be rescheduled.
Thank you for your understanding.
