Registration is open NOW for the ADAPT Community Network 2024 Virtual Family Connect Summit.
ADAPT Community Network is a not-for-profit providing programs and services for people with disabilities through education, technology, health, residential and recreational programs in all five boroughs of New York City.
The summit will take place on Wednesday, October 16th, 2024 from 10:00 am to 3:30 pm and consists of five informational sessions and a Q&A. These sessions will cover a variety of topics relevant to family members and caretakers of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Professionals who support individuals with I/DD are also welcome. A few of the topics are supporting individuals in a medical setting, resources for families, navigating the special education system, and more.
